💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end pipeline of the Integrations team, managing new connections and optimizations for a global payments platform. You'll drive execution across cross-functional teams and external partners in emerging markets, balancing new features with enhancements. This role demands strong stakeholder management and the ability to demand timely decisions and delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the unified Integrations pipeline with prioritization and dependencies.
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery plans including kickoff, milestones, and release.
• Establish operational rituals like stand-ups, weeklies, and post-mortems.
• Act as single source of truth for Integration status to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading complex tech programs/projects, ideally in payments/fintech.
• Experience coordinating multiple squads and external vendors in high-pressure environments.
• Mastery of Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace with strong portfolio hygiene habits.
• Functional knowledge of payment integrations (APIs, webhooks, routing, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with acquirers, APMs, or PSPs.
• Knowledge of 3DS, error codes, and vendor SLAs.
• Mentoring experience for PMs/POs/Leads.
