Your core impact will be developing and enhancing scalable backend systems that support millions of users across 150+ countries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless experiences
• Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment
• Develop and enhance robust new features and APIs
• Fix bugs at 'Deel Speed' and ensure top-tier quality

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and another server-side language
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization
• Experience designing scalable systems and handling high-volume transactions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS products running 24/7 on major cloud vendors
• Familiarity with serverless architecture on AWS
• Knowledge of the FinTech industry
