🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern and apprentice roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
• Represent Malt at campus events and career fairs
• Build partnerships with university career centers

📋 Requirements

• Apprenticeship contract of 1 or 2 years
• Native French and professional English fluency
• First internship or project experience in a fast-paced environment
