💼 About This Role

You'll own network infrastructure deployment and physical infrastructure lifecycle across Anthropic's sites, directly powering Claude. You'll build the processes and operational discipline that enable the team to scale, with regular travel and hands-on impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own network infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and bringup across sites
• Oversee fiber optic repair vendors and validate work quality
• Execute network device installation and commissioning support
• Manage RMA processes end-to-end and spares inventory

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in field engineering or network operations
• Understanding of fiber optic systems to oversee vendor work
• Familiarity with network hardware deployment (switches, routers, optics)
• Experience managing RMA workflows and spares logistics across sites

✨ Nice to Have

• OSHA 10/30, BICSI, fiber certifications, or confined space certification
• Experience building processes from scratch
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
