You'll be the primary point of contact for supporting Fortune 500 customers using Netskope's cloud security platform. Your work directly impacts enterprise network security every day. You'll collaborate with engineering and DevOps to solve complex issues.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Be primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases
  • Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds for customers
  • Receive issues from customers and follow up with Engineering and DevOps
  • Write technical notes, application notes, and knowledge base entries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong TCP/IP knowledge
  • Experience with network security technologies like Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec
  • Expert in troubleshooting using tools like tcpdump and protocols TCP/IP, NTP, DNS

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways
  • UNIX/Linux and Windows systems administration
  • Active Directory/LDAP experience
