  • Manage multiple client engagements in real estate sector
  • Prepare and review complex partnership tax returns
  • Interpret partnership operating agreements and allocations
  • Advise on tax structuring for acquisitions and dispositions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of public accounting experience with real estate focus
  • Expertise in real estate partnership taxation
  • Strong knowledge of IRC Sections 704(b), 704(c), 752
  • Experience with 1031 exchanges and disguised sale rules

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Accounting or Tax
  • Experience with state PTET regimes
  • Familiarity with AI tools in tax practice
