You'll manage complex tax engagements for real estate clients, including partnerships and funds. Your core impact is providing strategic tax planning and advisory on structuring, transactions, and compliance. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage multiple client engagements in real estate sector
- Prepare and review complex partnership tax returns
- Interpret partnership operating agreements and allocations
- Advise on tax structuring for acquisitions and dispositions
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of public accounting experience with real estate focus
- Expertise in real estate partnership taxation
- Strong knowledge of IRC Sections 704(b), 704(c), 752
- Experience with 1031 exchanges and disguised sale rules
โจ Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Accounting or Tax
- Experience with state PTET regimes
- Familiarity with AI tools in tax practice
