🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead annual sales compensation plan design cycle for specific teams.
- Implement measurable metrics aligned with company priorities.
- Conduct quantitative measurement of compensation plan effectiveness.
- Propose, evaluate, and measure effectiveness of SPIFFs.
📋 Requirements
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Compensation role.
- 2+ years as key contact with senior Sales, Finance, HR leadership.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ICM (e.g., Captivate IQ, Varicent, Xactly) tools.
✨ Nice to Have
- Competence to leverage AI tools to enhance impact.
- Experience in Sales or Sales Operations roles.
- SQL programming experience.
