You'll lead annual sales compensation plan design for specific teams at a financial infrastructure platform. You'll own the rollout, enablement, and effectiveness measurement of compensation programs. This role offers high visibility across a growing global organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead annual sales compensation plan design cycle for specific teams.
  • Implement measurable metrics aligned with company priorities.
  • Conduct quantitative measurement of compensation plan effectiveness.
  • Propose, evaluate, and measure effectiveness of SPIFFs.

📋 Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Compensation role.
  • 2+ years as key contact with senior Sales, Finance, HR leadership.
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ICM (e.g., Captivate IQ, Varicent, Xactly) tools.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Competence to leverage AI tools to enhance impact.
  • Experience in Sales or Sales Operations roles.
  • SQL programming experience.
