Description

You will accurately assess residents' health status and educational/environmental needs, develop dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach, and administer nursing interventions like medication and treatments safely and timely. You'll use critical thinking to handle changes in condition and crisis situations professionally while monitoring care delivery and participating in quality improvement processes.

Requirements

• Education from accredited nursing school
• Current RN license in state
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physical abilities: standing/walking, lifting, transferring patients, pushing/pulling equipment
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Visual acuity with color distinction
• Ability to perform documentation electronically and in writing
