💼 About This Role

You'll assist in store openings and closings, support new employees, and drive sales through excellent customer service at BevMo! by Gopuff. Your role is critical to ensuring smooth operations during high-volume periods. You'll be the go-to person for customers and train new team members on store procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and establish rapport with customers while informing them of products and services
• Assist with inventory management including restocking and inventory counts
• Process cash transactions accurately including opening/closing tills and preparing deposits
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and enforce security procedures

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or equivalent
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with fluid schedules
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
