You'll partner with business leaders and HRBPs to design modern learning interventions aligned to business priorities. You'll drive the end-to-end program lifecycle, from content curation to delivery, using data and feedback for continuous improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design blended learning programs with HRBPs and business leaders
• Manage vendor partnerships and content curation/creation
• Run new-joiner induction and ramp-up activities
• Track learning effectiveness with metrics and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in L&D or talent development
• Strong grounding in adult learning principles and digital ecosystems
• Comfortable with learning tech platforms and data analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Post-graduation in HR or Business Administration
• Experience with AI-based learning tools
• Certification in learning science or instructional design
