• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial concepts

• Master's degree or CPA/CFA designation
