You will spend 60% of your time writing high-stakes code and 40% guiding the technical direction of AI initiatives, building scalable backend services and AI-native applications that empower communicators and support frontline workers.

Requirements

• Expertise in Golang and backend service development
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex architectural challenges
• Ability to partner with PMs and ML engineers

Responsibilities

• Build high-impact solutions as a hands-on contributor (~60% of time)
• Solve complex architectural puzzles across 2-3 high-priority teams
• Bridge prototype to production by turning experimental AI ideas into production-grade services
• Own the AI lifecycle from data retrieval (RAG) to monitoring token usage, cost, and latency
