🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign team members duties and provide hands-on training
• Monitor production line for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Complete production logs and quality records
• Collaborate with kitchen, quality, warehouse, and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years food manufacturing leadership or strong non-restaurant leadership
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must pass post-offer drug screen and background check
• Must be able to speak/read/write in English fluently

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Associate degree or trade school
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks
