💼 About This Role

You'll join our Fleet Maintenance team to keep our Class 8 fleet safe and reliable. You'll perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on day cabs and trailers, all under manufacturer warranty. This role offers clear growth paths and a supportive environment with no major overhauls or roadside calls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Class 8 fleet
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and engine problems
• Repair aftertreatment systems and perform regens
• Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and transmissions
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop usage
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• ASE certifications (T-series valued)
• MIG welding experience
