🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare financial statements including BS, PL, and Cash Flow
• Liaise with statutory auditors for quarterly and year-end audits
• Handle income tax audits and related compliance
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver on time

📋 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years experience
• Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Expertise in MS Excel
• Understanding of Companies Act and industry standards

• Experience in a listed company
• Knowledge of listing regulations
• SAP system familiarity
