• Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to bring loans current
• Make outbound and inbound calls to clients to resolve debts
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
• Comply with company collections policies and procedures

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
