You'll own the full arc of a customer deployment, building integrations that connect AI agents to healthcare systems. You'll work directly with care teams to map workflows and ship production code. This role combines substantive engineering with sustained customer engagement in a high-impact health tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with customer practices to map prior authorization and referral workflows.
• Build integrations connecting agents to EHR APIs, payer portals, and other systems.
• Configure and extend agent platform per customer, hardening patterns into reusable code.
• Debug production issues across data, prompts, APIs, UI, and human workflow.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years shipping production code in a commercial engineering role.
• Fluent in Python; proficient with SQL, REST APIs, and a full-stack or front-end framework.
• Track record delivering in ambiguous environments (startup, consulting, applied research).
• Strong written and verbal communication; can lead sessions with non-technical managers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare experience with EHRs, EDI, HL7/FHIR, or prior authorization workflows.
• Production experience with LLMs or agent frameworks (prompt design, tools, guardrails).
• Applied integration experience: OAuth, webhooks, browser automation, document parsing.
