💼 About This Role
You'll lead the data intelligence and digital transformation agenda for HR, positioning the function as a strategic, data-driven partner. You'll build and scale analytical and technological capabilities to support critical talent decisions. This role reports to the CHRO, with cross-functional impact across HR, Technology, and Business.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and implement People Analytics strategy
- Lead automation and digitization of HR processes
- Structure and manage HR ecosystem (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
- Build predictive and prescriptive people models
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Statistics, Business or related field
- 8-10 years of professional experience
- 4+ years in leadership in People Analytics, HR Tech, or HR digital transformation
- Solid experience in data strategy and HR technology management
✨ Nice to Have
- Post-grad or MBA in People Management, Technology, or Data Science
- Experience in tech, fintech, or financial institutions
- Multi-country operations experience
