You'll assist with operation, setup, and material flow in the Insulbar department, ensuring products meet quality standards. Your work directly supports the production of architectural glass for major projects. This role offers training and a pay-for-performance culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform quality checks during the Insulbar process
• Assist in locating and moving parts
• Set up strut machines and cut strut per schedule
• Maintain cut strut in neat, labeled bundles
• Verify parts match assembly requirements using die prints

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to wear all required PPE
• Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts with potential overtime
