You'll structure and curate semiconductor process knowledge for a knowledge graph, translating complex technical content into standardized insights. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data quality and optimize knowledge presentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Distill and author standardized Process Skills from annotated data and patent texts.
• Participate in building a Semiconductor Process Knowledge Graph.
• Assist in designing process retrieval and recommendation logic.
• Track cutting-edge semiconductor process trends and enrich knowledge content.

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or higher in Materials Science or related field.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor materials and processes.
• Familiar with full semiconductor flows (FEOL/BEOL) or specific segment.
• Excellent technical writing and knowledge distillation skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, RAG, or LLM applications.
• Able to process technical materials in both English and Chinese.
