💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end feature delivery for a globally used Tether Wallet, coordinating engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, and support. You'll translate complex dependencies into structured execution plans, ensuring releases ship on time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of wallet features from specification through release
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, support, and operations
• Maintain release tracking systems for visibility of progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Proactively identify and resolve delays and misalignments across workstreams
• Run release cycles including sprint planning, QA coordination, bug triage, and go-to-market activities

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
• Strong technical foundation with background in software engineering or related degree
• Experience managing cross-functional product releases with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain release tracking systems and manage complex dependencies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, crypto wallets, or payment systems
• Scrum master or delivery lead experience
