You'll lead Colorado LTSS and LTHH authorization operations for a tech-powered care platform, ensuring seamless patient care. You'll master HCBS waiver programs and ColoradoPAR system to drive 100% compliance and sub-10-day processing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead authorization operations for Colorado HCBS waiver programs and LTHH services.
• Oversee end-to-end prior authorization process and manage the team.
• Manage reauthorization submissions to ensure no lapse in care.
• Act as escalation point for disputed authorizations and appeals with HCPF.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years Colorado Medicaid authorization experience (LTHH, LTSS, or waiver programs).
• Deep knowledge of Colorado's LTHH ecosystem including HCPF policies and ColoradoPAR.
• Proven track record of managing complex authorization portfolios with high approval rates.
• Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and compliance requirements.
