You'll create narrative-driven video content using AI-first pipelines at a top AI companionship company. You'll own end-to-end production from concept to final output, shaping visually compelling long-form videos for 50 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualise scripts based on existing AI characters
• Create narrative-driven longform video content including NSFW visuals
• Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation to post-production
• Utilise tools like Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse for visual sequences
• Maintain character and scene consistency across longer narratives

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of video production or VFX experience
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines
• Experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects for final assembly

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking
• Background in 3D, VFX, or as a colourist
• Familiarity with training/customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings)
