You'll lead the design of AI-driven IT systems and automation at Fortis Games. You'll shape scalable, secure architectures using LLMs and cloud-native tools, driving innovation and efficiency across the company. This senior-level role reports to the Director of IT and collaborates with Security, Legal, and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement AI-driven IT architectures aligned with business needs.
• Research and implement AI/LLM automation for IT processes and knowledge management.
• Lead AI initiatives, technology trend discussions, and quarterly innovation reviews.
• Deploy cloud-native, automation-first IT systems with zero-touch management.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in IT engineering and cloud-native systems with a focus on AI and LLMs.
• Experience with AI technologies like LLMs, MLOps tools, and generative AI platforms.
• Working knowledge of enterprise IT environments including Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Intune, Zoom, Slack, and Cisco Meraki.
• Understanding of GDPR, NIST, and SOC 2 compliance standards.

• Game or software development experience with LLMs or automation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
