You'll support customer relationships for a healthcare price transparency platform, bridging tactical support with strategic account management. You'll drive engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities while developing competencies for a Customer Success Manager trajectory. This fully remote role is a launchpad for growth within a Series C company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for engagement and retention.
  • Lead customer meetings, deliver product training, and manage follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account management.
  • Act as customer advocate and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in healthcare, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Customer success principles such as retention strategy and value realization.
  • Exceptional communication with executive presence and data translation skills.

  • Background in Revenue Cycle Management, managed care, or EHR systems.
  • Experience with CMS price transparency or No Surprises Act regulations.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and healthcare data analytics tools.
