You'll support customer relationships for a healthcare price transparency platform, bridging tactical support with strategic account management. You'll drive engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities while developing competencies for a Customer Success Manager trajectory. This fully remote role is a launchpad for growth within a Series C company.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for engagement and retention.
- Lead customer meetings, deliver product training, and manage follow-ups.
- Support onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account management.
- Act as customer advocate and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in healthcare, SaaS, or consulting.
- Customer success principles such as retention strategy and value realization.
- Exceptional communication with executive presence and data translation skills.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Background in Revenue Cycle Management, managed care, or EHR systems.
- Experience with CMS price transparency or No Surprises Act regulations.
- Comfortable with Salesforce and healthcare data analytics tools.
