You'll ideate and refine novel venture hypotheses, validate key biology or technology unknowns, and transition pressure-tested ideas into building a NewCo. You'll drive company origination from early stages, partnering with stakeholders across the Flagship ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead explorations to develop novel venture hypotheses
• Design experimental plans to pressure test ideas
• Build relationships with academic KOLs and experts
• Develop corporate strategy and operations plan

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MD in STEM from top university
• 2+ years experience in life sciences biotech or startup
• Proven ability to rapidly learn new science areas
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
