Description

You will provide primary care to a broad range of patients, handling acute, chronic, and well visits through in-office and telehealth visits. You'll collaborate with your team during daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in MD, VA, or DC
• Completed an accredited NP program with national certification
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• Comfortable with technology and data-driven care

Responsibilities

• See patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care
