You'll support experienced researchers in uncovering the user behaviors behind our products, helping build tools that make sense for people across Nigeria. You'll play a vital role in our mission to bring financial happiness by ensuring products remain simple, relatable, and impactful.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in planning qualitative and quantitative research studies
• Take charge of research logistics and participant scheduling
• Help facilitate interviews and usability testing sessions
• Support the team in turning data into reports and frameworks
• Maintain the research repository for company-wide access

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in UX research or market research
• Solid grasp of basic research methods (surveys, interviews)
• Comfortable using digital tools like Maze, Typeform, or Google Forms
• Strong analytical thinking to connect dots and find patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in fintech and digital products in Africa
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Background in social sciences, psychology, or design
