🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve post-close defects with QA and internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver loan packages to investors.
• Monitor loan aging to reduce warehouse line exposure.
• Validate funding conditions and coordinate payoffs.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in mortgage operations, post-close, or capital markets.
• Experience with loan sales, warehouse lending, or investor delivery.
• Strong understanding of loan life cycle from closing to sale.
• Ability to manage multiple loans/deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience with manufactured home loans.

• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience.
