You'll join Findem's People Intelligence platform team, designing and building features that accelerate talent connections. You'll own ambiguous projects, break them into milestones, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to define the future of HR tech with AI-driven pipelines and direct customer collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement user-centric solutions with PMs and designers.
• Take ownership of ambiguous projects, breaking them into milestones.
• Work closely with customers to refine features and validate product fit.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and align cross-functional teams.
• Expert proficiency in Rails and React.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in a startup environment.
