You'll act as the bridge between Training strategy and execution at Kaizen Gaming, powering Betano. You'll ensure training initiatives are well-structured and measurably improve performance. This role offers a hybrid way of working in a growing GameTech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align with stakeholders to structure new training demands
• Review and refine training materials developed by analysts
• Monitor training performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Follow-up on onboarding and nesting journey of new BPO agents

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Training, Learning Development, or Operations in CX/BPO
• Strong experience in instructional design and training structuring
• Experience managing onboarding/nesting programs and performance follow-up
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Sheets)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LMS/e-learning tools
• Exposure to automation/chatbot/product flows
• Advanced proficiency in English
