You'll balance team leadership with technical oversight, delivering high-reliability radiation-tolerant digital systems for space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a geographically diverse FPGA team
• Own FPGA architecture, design, verification, and deployment lifecycle
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical strategy
• Drive adoption of best practices for RTL design and CI/CD

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of FPGA/RTL design experience
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog or VHDL
• Proficiency with FPGA toolchains (Vivado, Quartus, Libero)
