Description

You will lead a team responsible for building and scaling test infrastructure, automation frameworks, and tooling for software validation, while owning the release management process and the feedback loop to continuously improve software quality. Requirements

• Technical expertise in software engineering, systems thinking, and operational rigor
• Experience leading teams in test infrastructure, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in release management and software validation
• Ability to define and enforce quality metrics and readiness criteria
• Experience with data logs, telemetry, and issue prioritization

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, development, and evolution of test infrastructure including simulation-based, HIL, and physical robot test environments
• Scale structured test development practices and automated test frameworks across robotics software stack
• Build and maintain internal tooling to reduce manual effort and increase test coverage and execution velocity
• Lead release management: define quality gates, own release readiness, and make go/no-go decisions
• Drive post-release feedback loop by tracking field issues, identifying test gaps, and improving test strategy
