💼 About This Role

You'll join the People team as our first dedicated HR Operations hire in France, building the operational backbone for a high-growth company spanning Paris, New York, and a global footprint. You'll own French payroll, compliance, and global EOR management while implementing AI and automation to eliminate manual work across both scopes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and validate French payroll inputs and outputs
• Manage global Employer of Record relationships and processes
• Run onboarding and offboarding for France and EOR hires
• Own HRIS as single source of truth for all employee data

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years HR operations experience in France
• Hands-on experience preparing French payroll inputs and validating outputs
• Solid grasp of Labor Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements
• HRIS administration experience with ownership of workflows and data integrity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EOR providers (Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster)
• Experience navigating CSE elections and setup
• Comfort with automation tools like Zapier or Make
