💼 About This Role

You'll join the Unified Service Platform team as an AI-native architect, designing intelligent agentic solutions that transform GTM and service operations. You'll own the lead-to-cash roadmap and drive platform excellence across Gusto's ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead system improvements for Salesforce platform scalability
• Manage integrated applications like NICE CXOne and Qualtrics
• Own lead-to-cash vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Champion change communication and platform adoption

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Revenue organizations
• 4+ years strategic Salesforce ownership including roadmap and governance
• Comprehensive knowledge of GTM tools such as Salesforce and Chili Piper
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude or Copilot to accelerate development

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
• Experience with additional GTM tools like ZoomInfo or CPQ
