Description

You will drive revenue by securing and executing events, activations, and short-term leasing for The Center, a mixed-use destination. This role combines sales, relationship-building, and hands-on event management to enhance tenant engagement and asset value.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of event and market pricing, cost structures, and revenue generation
  • Comfortable networking, closing deals, and managing logistics with on-site execution
  • Ability to work nights and weekends for events
  • Experience in event sales or activation management in commercial real estate or hospitality
  • Proficiency in pipeline tracking and sales forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and secure new event opportunities including corporate events, brand activations, and community programming
  • Develop pricing strategies across event types, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead to event execution, including site tours and deal structuring
  • Own end-to-end event planning including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management
  • Develop and execute a calendar of recurring events and activations to drive traffic and tenant engagement
