You'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering accurate and empathetic support for Credit Genie's financial wellness platform. You'll troubleshoot issues related to account access, transactions, and product usage, maintaining high service quality in a regulated environment. This role offers the chance to shape customer experience systems alongside a team backed by industry pioneers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot account access, product usage, and transaction issues
  • Maintain accurate records in Zendesk CRM tool
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and process gaps

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven ability to provide professional customer support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience navigating multiple systems and tools concurrently
