As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will support store efficiency and profitability by executing inventory management, maintaining visual standards, and handling key operational functions. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and accuracy in stockroom processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail operations is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate process gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment
• Maintain visual standards and floor set updates
• Manage stockroom standards and support safe work environment
