🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain a safe work environment for all associates.
• Drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are adhered to across shifts.
• Mentor and develop teammates for performance improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years supervisory experience in e-commerce or warehousing.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Operational experience in outbound, inbound, inventory, or VAS.
• Advanced capabilities in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-2 years management experience with salaried direct reports.
• Experience in a 3PL operation.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
