💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end recruitment for Business functions in Bulgaria, partnering with the wider TA team to bring global hiring standards to the local market. You'll build trusted relationships with Business leaders and contribute to raising the bar on quality, structure, and candidate experience across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full recruitment cycle for Business roles with focus on Finance
• Run intake meetings and define success profiles and scorecards
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies and manage pipelines
• Track funnel metrics and lead weekly hiring reviews

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end recruiting experience in Business functions like Finance, GRC, or People
• Ability to design and implement structured hiring processes including scorecards and calibration
• Comfort working with funnel data to track pass-through rates and offer acceptance
• Deep knowledge of the Bulgarian talent market and local hiring challenges

• Fluency in French, Italian, German, or Spanish
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth environment
