💼 About This Role

You'll join the Oregon Clinical Cohort as a fully remote telehealth clinician, delivering group therapy sessions using evidence-based curricula. You'll foster client engagement and collaboration, driving meaningful outcomes for clients with complex behavioral health needs. This role offers stable salaried employment with a fixed schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum.
• Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts.
• Foster client engagement and encourage a 'camera-on' culture.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings and Group Supervision.
• Complete client documentation within 24 hours meeting standards.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field (MSW, Counseling, MFT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI).
• Experience in intensive treatment settings.
• Current residence in Oregon and legal eligibility to work.
