You will lead the Infrastructure Solutions team, focusing on people management and strategic operational excellence. You'll remove blockers, guide decision-making, and ensure engineers have the environment they need to succeed, acting as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers
• Conduct weekly 1-2-1s, manage performance reviews, and handle people management
• Schedule and lead formal training sessions for operational improvements
• Own the hiring process to attract top talent and maintain inclusive culture
