💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily operations and drive process improvements for Picnic's fulfillment center. You'll own the performance of your area, using data and KPIs to improve safety, quality, and productivity. This role offers hands-on leadership across multiple shifts in a high-growth scale-up environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise one shift on the floor each week to drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance metrics for inbound or outbound area.
• Lead teams across multiple shifts, driving engagement and retention.
• Handle major incidents, set productivity inputs, and manage planning escalations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean activities.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with competence in data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Dutch language skills.
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfillment.
