- Prepare and deliver accurate investor reports and remittances
- Reconcile actual loan activity against reported data
- Validate loan resolution data and ensure proper adjustments
- Monitor custodial accounts and support bank reconciliations
π Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3β5 years of experience in investor reporting
- Strong understanding of remittance methods (Actual/Actual, Schedule/Schedule, Schedule/Actual)
- Hands-on experience with mortgage servicing systems (e.g., MSP)

- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
