Description

You will design and build scalable backend architecture, own technical roadmaps for major projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-performance agile processes. You'll also contribute to system observability, DevOps, and production operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development
• Leadership experience (mentoring, facilitating agile)
• Proficient in Python, Scala, Go, Java, or C++
• Knowledge of REST or GraphQL API design
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical roadmap for sizable projects and services
• Lead system designs and provide technical guidance
• Mentor engineers and facilitate cross-team development processes
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality standards
• On-call rotation for product reliability and scalability
