You'll manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts, contacting customers to reduce delinquency and negotiate payment solutions. Your core impact is helping families maintain reliable transportation while meeting performance goals. You'll work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment with regular, predictable hours.

  • Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts to reduce delinquency.
  • Contact customers to assess intent and ability to pay.
  • Negotiate payment solutions including immediate payments and promises to pay.
  • Document all contacts, outcomes, and follow-up accurately in GLS systems.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, empathetic, able to influence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in collections or customer service.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
