You'll manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts, contacting customers to reduce delinquency and negotiate payment solutions. Your core impact is helping families maintain reliable transportation while meeting performance goals. You'll work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment with regular, predictable hours.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts to reduce delinquency.
- Contact customers to assess intent and ability to pay.
- Negotiate payment solutions including immediate payments and promises to pay.
- Document all contacts, outcomes, and follow-up accurately in GLS systems.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, empathetic, able to influence.
- Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

- Experience in collections or customer service.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
