🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer ServiceNow CMDB configuration and data integrity
• Manage Enterprise Architecture module components
• Develop SQL queries for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map ITIL processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of work-related experience
• ServiceNow CMDB administration experience
• ServiceNow EA module experience
• CBAP certification in good standing
