💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits as a Physical Therapist for an adult and geriatric client base in Cecil County, Maryland. You'll work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver rehabilitative care that enables clients to remain at home. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and career advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements like range of motion and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety activities.

📋 Requirements

• A current Maryland Physical Therapist license
• At least one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP accredited program
