You'll guide agile teams to build a self-managed, collaborative culture and coach product development teams to deliver high-impact products. You'll be a key player in Insider One's scale-up journey as a world-class marketing software company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide agile teams to grow self-managed, self-organized, collaborative culture
• Coach product development teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact products
• Collaborate with scrum masters to advocate Agile principles and practices
• Participate in scrum meetings to monitor and facilitate continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• +1 years of experience as a Scrum Master with several scrum teams
• +1 year of experience working with several software development teams
• Deep understanding of Agile principles
• Excellent communication skills to coach teams and resolve conflicts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a Software Product Startup company
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery processes
• Good researcher and willing to learn Scrum best practices
