You'll own a critical piece of Stripe's payments stack, define product strategy balancing user needs with infrastructure complexity, and ship products that directly impact revenue and the success of millions of businesses.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of industry product management experience
• Experience in payments, fintech, or adjacent domain with track record of building impactful products
• Demonstrated experience partnering with engineers, designers, and external partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise articulation of user problems
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining metrics and running experiments

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term vision and strategy for your pillar and execute on a compelling roadmap
• Build deep user empathy with merchants and financial partners to influence roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and other teams to shape product experiences
• Ensure reliable, performant platform focusing on system reliability, API extensibility, and latency
• Use metrics to inform point of view and leverage analytics to measure success
